Back pain creates a lot of inconvenience and hindrance to the normal way of living of an individual. There are a number of back pain triggers, but the two most usual causes linkeded to discs are disc injury and degenerative disc. Disc degeneration causes water content loss that narrows the gap between 2 vertebrae. This can trigger pinching of a nerve and subsequent discomfort. Bulging discs are typically confused with fractured discs. While the previous problem is regular, the later problem could be severe. Discs could protrude throughout the day as they carry the body weight, as well as return to regular at night when we rest. Fractured discs are damaged discs triggered by leakage of jelly like compound called center pulposus.
