Back pain creates a lot of aggravation and barrier to the typical way of life of an individual. There are a number of back pain causes, but both most common reasons associated with discs are disc injury as well as degenerative disc. Disc degeneration causes water content loss that narrows the gap in between two vertebrae. This can trigger pinching of a nerve and succeeding discomfort. Bulging discs are typically puzzled with burst discs. While the former condition is typical, the later condition can be serious. Discs may protrude throughout the day as they carry the body weight, as well as return to typical during the night when we rest. Burst discs are damaged discs triggered by leak of jelly like substance called nucleus pulposus.
